This notice explains the current public MotoLuma website operated by Externum LLC.

Information on this website

This is an informational website. We have not added advertising trackers, analytics scripts, registration, payment collection, or data collection forms. The public page does not ask for your vehicle or repair documents.

Our hosting provider may process technical information, including IP addresses and request information, to deliver and protect the website. Hosting infrastructure is separate from the app features shown in the preview.

When you contact us

If you email or call us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to share. We use that information to respond and handle your inquiry. Our email and communications providers process those communications. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive vehicle documents.

Retention and requests

We keep correspondence as needed to respond, follow up, and maintain business records. Contact admin@externum.dev to ask about information you have sent us or request correction or deletion. We may need to confirm your identity and may retain information where needed for legal obligations or resolving disputes.

Links to other services

When you follow an external link or use your email or phone app, that service’s own privacy practices apply. This website currently contains no affiliate purchase links.

About the private prototype

The public site does not provide access to the private prototype. In that prototype, garage entries and manually entered comparisons are stored in the tester’s browser. Quote attachments are temporary local previews and are not uploaded. Search requests use external services. A separate app notice will explain the complete data flow before public launch; this website notice does not describe a released app.
